Sound Healing

Because happiness comes in waves

What is Sound Healing?

Sound therapy affects the body and the mind, and thus things can come up and out during a sound therapy session. You may laugh, cry, fall asleep, or make noises you didn’t know you could. You may know what or why something is coming up, or you may not. Your body knows what to do and will begin to heal itself.

Sound Healing aims to rebalance your body’s frequency in bringing it back to its natural state of health by using vibrations and frequencies to bring natural resonance in the body, massaging it with sound vibrations for a mind and body connection.

Sound Therapy is used to help reduce stress and anxiety. Over time, sound healing can help to change your brainwaves to help improve your mental health, and sleep problems, and just improve the quality of your life in general.

Sound Healing is a great way to help facilitate a meditation practice as well as help you to move stuck energy up and out.

What is it like to work with me?

Sound baths are best experienced in person but are effective virtually as well.

Sound baths can be done in a one-on-one setting or a group setting.

Hosting an event? Want to celebrate the full moon? Looking for something different for your girls’/guy’s night out?

Sound baths can be done with meditation or be fully instrumental. They can be conducted indoors or outdoors during the day or at night.

Want something really fun? Consider having an electric or themed sound bath! Let’s light up the night with colored singing bowls, glow sticks, and good vibrations.

Have something you want to do that you don’t see here? Send me a message below, and let me know how I can support you.

I personally struggled for years with developing and remaining faithful to my daily mediation practice. Through much work and personal discovery, I realized that a great deal of my resistance was a product of unresolved trauma; thus, my specialty is being aware and conscious of what others may be experiencing due to their own traumatic experiences.

I take great care to ensure that each client feels comfortable and cared for during our sessions. I have a carefully laid out plan in place for each person prior to taking them through a meditative or sound healing experience.

Please know that you are always welcome to share with me but do not ever have to feel like you have to disclose anything that you do not feel comfortable sharing. The attention and care given to individuals experiencing trauma or the effects of trauma can be considered without knowing the exact details of the situation.
