Weekly Virtual Mediations

Looking for a live virtual meditation class? I offer a weekly drop-in style class via zoom that allows you to come when you can and as you are to experience a live guided meditation. 8 Week Introduction to Mindfulness and Mediation Coaching

Science shows that significant changes to the brain occur when meditation is practiced daily for 8 weeks or 56 consecutive days. These changes can result in:

  1. Reduced Stress: A 2016 study published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience found that 8 weeks of daily meditation led to a significant reduction in stress levels in participants.

  2.  Improved Attention: A 2015 study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that 8 weeks of daily meditation improved participants' attention performance.

  3. Lower Blood Pressure: A 2014 study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that 8 weeks of daily meditation lowered blood pressure in participants.

  4.  Improved Memory: A 2013 study published in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience found that 8 weeks of daily meditation improved memory performance in participants.

  5. Increased Mindfulness: A 2012 study published in the journal Psychology and Psychotherapy found that 8 weeks of daily meditation increased mindfulness in participants.

  6. Reduced Anxiety: A 2011 study published in the journal Cognitive Therapy and Research found that 8 weeks of daily meditation significantly reduced participants' anxiety levels.

  7. Enhanced Emotional Regulation: A 2010 study published in the Journal of Cognitive Psychotherapy found that 8 weeks of daily meditation led to improved emotion regulation in participants.

Keeping this data in mind, I developed an 8-week meditation and mindfulness coaching program, which will teach what meditation and mindfulness are, give examples of different forms of meditation, and together we will develop a practice that not only fits into and works with your lifestyle but improves it.

The group is limited to 5 participants and includes a 30-minute preliminary call to get you ready and to individually discuss what you hope to personally gain from incorporating a mindfulness and meditation practice into your life.

Next coaching groups will be offered to start Wednesday, March 29th – Wednesday, May 17th, with a group from 12-1 pm and 1:15-2:15 pm.

Personalized Meditations

Do you currently or have you previously had meditation practice? Are you looking to start a meditation practice and want personalized meditation that you can use daily? Working to manifest something at this specific time? Looking to dip your toe into the mindfulness lifestyle without a weekly commitment?

I offer personalized mediation practice that might be the right fit for you.

This offering allows us to spend 20-30 minutes together discussing your goals for mindfulness and meditation practice. Considering your information and desires, I create a customized mediation practice video you can use daily.

Following the use of your mediation for a week or so, we will come back together for an additional 20-30 meeting to discuss any questions or concerns that may have come up for you.

This offering allows you to build a library of mediation that is perfectly customized to what you need and when you need it.


One-on-One Sessions

One-on-One sessions are completely personalized to your individual needs. Together we establish a goal and develop a plan to help you curate the life of peace, happiness, and awareness you desire. Whether that is teaching you how to mediate through a series of sessions or deepening and expanding your current practice. Together we can develop a plan to facilitate healing in whatever way feels right and “doable” for you.

If you are local and want to work together in person or a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, I’m here to support you. These sessions are for and all about you!

Sound therapy is available in the one-on-one sessions as a sound bath or incorporated into a mediation session.


For Groups

Group Mediation

Do you have a group that you feel would benefit from a group healing session? Run a business and want to bring meditation practice to your staff? I conduct one-off and series of sessions of group meditation and mindfulness practices where you can choose a specific focus, take the time to learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate meditation into your daily life, or simply teach one or more styles of meditation to participants.


Sound Baths

Sound baths are best experienced in person but are effective virtually as well. Hosting an event? Want to celebrate the full moon? Looking for something different for your girls’/guy’s night out?

Sound baths can be done with meditation or be fully instrumental. They can be conducted indoors or outdoors during the day or at night.

Want something really fun? Consider having an electric or themed sound bath! Let’s light up the night with colored singing bowls, glow sticks, and good vibrations.
