What is Mindfulness?

Simply put, mindfulness is the act of being present or in the moment. It allows you to fully enjoy and see what is happening to you at any moment without being encumbered by thoughts of what has already happened or anxiety/excitement about what could potentially happen in the future.

The Three Main Principles of Mindfulness are:

Compassion

Being fully present in the moment
